“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (Joh 14:6)

How important is the truth? In the pressure cooker business lives we lead, shortcuts and ‘white lies’ are often deemed expedient, or at least understandable.

So how important is the truth really? Jesus described Himself as the truth—the physical manifestation of truth, the ultimate in all truth. That is how we should value the truth. We are called to a different standard where we will honor the truth in deed and in the person of Jesus.

When we speak the truth, we honor God. He is the personification of all truth.

Quick Prayer: You are the Truth, Jesus. Amen.
