Not Even a Hint

“But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people.” (Eph 5:3)

We are all sexual beings, and at work we spend a lot of time with others. There is always temptation and relationship risk when we work closely with others.

Where should we place the boundaries to protect ourselves and our partners? God places the line way back beyond where we might think. There should not even be a hint of immorality—not even the slightest innuendo or flirt.

When you take care of the way it looks, you actually take care of the way it is. If it can be interpreted wrongly, then give it a wide berth. Too many have succumbed to a workplace affair. If you are in danger of being snared, then flee before it is too late.

Quick Prayer: Protect my virtue, give me wisdom, and keep me pure. Amen.
